The coastal city of Torrevieja is a popular holiday destination, and visitors to the city will find a wide range of night time activities to suit all tastes. There are hundreds of bars and restaurants, late night shopping malls, night clubs and casino’s. Casino Mediterráneo is the largest and most popular casino, located in the fantastic La Zenia Boulevard in neighbouring Orihuela Costa.
There are a selection of smaller casino’s in Torrevieja itself which are good fun to visit and have a variety of gaming machines, roulette and various card tables. When visiting these establishments it is best to keep an open mind as the pretty and very friendly hostesses may offer you more than just a drink !! Most are fun to be with and a polite no thank you will usually suffice, but if you are feeling guilty for declining their offer and buy them a drink instead, you may find the drink price becomes very inflated.
With its excellent location in the La Zenia Boulevard, a visit to Casino Mediterráneo can be combined with an evening of shopping, live entertainment and wining and dining in a selection of restaurants. There is loads of fun things for the young ones to enjoy in the boulevard but admission to the casino is strictly for adults only. Customers can browse a variety of gaming machines (fruit machines) or try their hand at the roulette tables. For card players there are blackjack and poker tables. These can get quite busy during the peak summer months of July and August, so just enjoy a drink and a choice of complimentary snacks and it shouldn’t be too long before a seat becomes available.

- In the past, the Casino Mediterraneo was located in Torrevieja. Now it is moved to Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre. Still, they offer a range of activities beside the normal casino activities. To sum up the table Games offered at the casino: Mini and normal Baccarat, Poker, American Roulette, BlackJack and Texas Hold’em.
